What's New in v0.3.0

This release brings enterprise-grade case management capabilities to OpenWhistle.

Highlights

• RBAC — admin and case_manager roles with FastAPI dependency enforcement
• Case Assignment — assign reports to staff members; "My Cases" dashboard filter
• New Status Workflow — received → in_review → pending_feedback → closed with server-enforced valid transitions
• 4-Eyes Deletion — two different admins required to delete a report; same-admin confirm returns HTTP 409
• Immutable Audit Log — every admin action recorded; exportable as CSV
• Custom Categories — DB-driven categories replacing hard-coded enum; fully manageable from /admin/categories
• Case Linking — link related reports with UUID-normalized CaseLink model
• Internal Notes — admin-only notes never shown to the whistleblower
• PDF Export — full case export via /admin/reports/{id}/export.pdf (fpdf2, pure Python)
• Admin User Management — create, deactivate, reactivate, and change roles; last-admin lockout protection
• Dashboard Statistics — /admin/stats with SLA compliance rate and status/category charts
