image names in sequences can be with extension, e.g. cam1.test2_#.tif and then # will be replaced by the frame number in sequences
new button Save to Paraview writes a new set of output files, copies of ptv_is.# files into .txt files that are compatible with Paraview set of points.
rgb2gray option is included and merged from previous pull requests
enthought deployment manager edm is used for easier installation of enable, the rest is installed through pip
