User Reviews

  • Not necessarily rating the project as much as rating the tool per the request. I have been in software development for many, many years. I have used OpenInsight back in the days when it was OpenEngine v1.x with a VB front end. There were many trials and tribulations with Revelation Technoogies during OpenInsight development from v2.x to v4.0. By the time current administration (WinWin Solutions) who are the current owners/gatekeepers of the tool, OI was taken to v7.x. It was at that time that I used the tool exclusively, now at v9.x - I can wrap OI around any legacy PICK application to software modernized for end-users and management. It is easier to sell this product to end-users and management because I can wrap a GUI frontend onto a U2 green screen. No longer have to user Accuterm or WinIntregate, OpenInsight (v9.x) can do it all for you as development tool. I really like this tool and use it in every application that I can.
