With the merge of the pl_upgrades branch into main, CUDA12 and pytorch 2 is now the default installation build for OpenFold. Other dependencies have also been updated, including:
- numpy -> 2
- pytorch lightning -> 2.5
- openmm -> 8.2
The colab notebook has also been updated to use numpy2 and pytorch 2.
