you can find different client version on this folders:

Stable: you can find the stable version fully tested for all the cad supported compatible with the server version that you can find in ../server folder 

Candidate: you can find a very new version of our software with all advanced feature but not tested for all the integration supported

Development: you can find a instable version used only for testing new feature but not tested at all

we strongly suggest to update from github the server version and use the Candidate version to be sure to get all the advanced feature and fixis



From Version v10 of odoo you need to use the proper client in order to meke it work

Now Client has divided based on editor kind of platform (32 - 64 bits).

Important Note :

From 18/04/2013 release Client has lost compatibility  with earlier Server versions.
Please update Server and Client with the same released version.
