the server files are not updated frequently, also some modules are not included in the zipped files.
to be up to date it's better to download the modules from github at https://github.com/OmniaGit/odooplm

IMPORTANT NOTE :

From 18/04/2013 release Server & Client have lost compatibility  with earlier versions.
Be careful before to update a OpenERP installation containing PLM data that will be lost, to rescue your old data, please, take contact with OmniSolutions.


Important Advice :

Old 6.0.x versions are maintained in Legacy directory.
No further support for version 6.1.1 & 6.0.x, ask quotation for it.
Version 7.0 will be supported for all 2014.
Starting from October 2014 version 7.0.1 will be maintained  only to solve issues.
New features or changes will be introduced only on 8.0 module.
With 06/04/2014 release we will start to support 8.0 version.


Starting from 01/05/2014 we will release Server 7.0 and above as OpenErp Applications.
OpenErp Application will be automatically installed under "plm" directory.
Take care to manage rigth installation path if updating.


Installation Notes :

1)    You have to uncompress OpenErpPLM.zip file.
        OpenErpPLM has now its specific package dedicated to OpenErp version.
        We decide to divide by directory rather file name to avoid any issue
        during installation.
2.a)  Place all files contained in zip in OpenErpPLM folder.
        It should be sufficient uncompress zip archive.
2.b)  Take care that OpenErpPLM folder contains "__init__.py" and "__openerp__.py" files
3)    Move OpenErpPLM folder to "addons" folder (under OpenErp "bin" folder, or custom located)
        We suggest to manage apposite "addons" directory to customize your installation. 
4)    Once started OpenERP for the first time remember to assign a new priority (e.g. 15)
        to original views "ir.attachment".
