Highlights

  • Embedded runtimes can coexist in one process with independent network policies, including background maintenance and provider requests.
  • Add SQLite/PostgreSQL schema equivalence checks, sharded CI tests, and a web production-build check.
  • Consolidate provider error factories and timeout defaults, extract credential resolution, and add a provider scaffold with safe failure cleanup.
  • Include Slack callback verification, the AllRatesToday provider, Gmail rate-limit recovery, and OAuth refusal-page improvements.

Default behavior change: lazy catalog schemas

The standalone server now loads action schemas on demand by default, matching the embedded runtime. Action metadata stays in memory; schemas are read from catalog files when needed. This reduces startup work and resident memory without changing API response content.

The first access to an uncached provider schema performs a file read, so keep the catalog files available throughout the runtime's lifetime. To restore the previous eager-loading behavior, set OOMOL_CONNECT_CATALOG_LAZY_SCHEMAS=false; embedded hosts can use lazySchemas: false.
