Upgrade notice: Shopify migration required

v1.9.0 includes breaking changes for Shopify integrations. Review existing Shopify workflows before upgrading.

  • The shopify_admin provider has been removed and consolidated into shopify. Update service references and configure a connection under shopify; there is no compatibility alias for the old service name.
  • For API-key connections, use the Shopify Admin API access token and the shopDomain field (for example, acme.myshopify.com). OAuth client configuration uses shopSubdomain (for example, acme). Check that the connection has the scopes required by the actions you use.
  • Re-read each action's input and output schemas before migrating. GraphQL actions use string global IDs such as gid://shopify/Product/123, cursor inputs such as first and after, and pageInfo pagination metadata. The get_shop action now returns normalized GraphQL shop fields, so existing REST response field mappings need updating.
  • REST content actions for blogs, pages, and articles retain numeric IDs and limit / page_info pagination. Apply the schema for the specific action rather than converting every Shopify action to GraphQL parameters.

See Shopify consolidation and expanded actions and the current Shopify action definitions.

Highlights

  • Added 53 provider definitions since v1.8.0, including QuickBooks Online, LiteLLM, GreyNoise, Opper, ScanMalware, Kagi, and API Route.
  • Expanded existing integrations, including Gmail attachments and CID inline images, Shopify Admin operations, WhatsApp analytics, and Feishu workflows.
  • Improved OAuth reconnect reporting, refresh lifetime handling, and protection against concurrent disconnects; added optional consent scopes, optional token revocation, and a configurable completion-page close delay.
  • Moved downloads across many providers to streaming transit storage and fixed transit cleanup, multipart byte limits, and malformed Unicode filenames.
  • Improved runtime error envelopes, generated action examples, provider error handling, and dependency security fixes.
