This version fixes one very visible bug (hang when switching stack traces) adds some minor performance improvements and enhancements
- Wider range of startup options and reduction in code injection requirements (see README.md)
- Logging of Break requests when running and an ability to cancel them
- Run option (which runs with trace options active) should execute the program code slightly more quickly
