This is an experimental build using a new strategy for iMath document
recalculation. A background process checkes for changes in the iFormulas once per second
and starts a recalculation if necessary.

Warning:
- This version only works on a single text document. Loading a second
document will freeze the Office
- There is a memory leak in the Office code which has the effect that this
version of iMath will slowly fill up your memory. Do not leave Office open 
for a long time (several hours) to avoid this problem (see
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=129163)
