This is a very rough early tool for making a window (any window) stay-on top and translucent.  You can search for windows other than 
chrome's by clearing the search box at the top left.  When you have chosen a process - choose a window. Then click 'Set On-top'
to change the window and 'Stop' to revert it to normal.

-Changed to use DWM previewing as it is much more reliable for the programme's needs

- Tidied up the window list to exclude non-important hwnds.
