Onsite Link Verdict checks the links and images in your posts, pages and comments, and only reports one as broken when it can prove it. A link is called broken in two cases: the destination server says the page is gone, 404 or 410, and repeats it on a second request made by a different method; or nothing answers at all, three checks in a row. Everything else goes to a separate Unverifiable tab with the reason in plain English. It runs on your own server, on WordPress cron. No account, no cloud service, no credits, and your content is never uploaded anywhere. Free and GPLv2.
