The left pane of the main window has two tabs

The first one lists all projects stored in the folder used for OmegaT projects

The other one displays graphically the due and overdue projects in green and red; finished projects are not listed.

Clicking on a project displayed in green or red brings you back to the list of projects with the specific project selected

The right pane of the main window has also two tabs. The first one lists files in a specific project

The other one contains notes and the search functionality to search across projects for a certain string

Above the right pane of the main window, there are settings like "count spaces" or "count unique segments", units of measurements, rates, etc.

There are also several buttons like "save", "report", "copy", "settings", etc.

Clicking the Copy button copies to the clipboard statistics for a specific project selected in the left pane.

Clicking the Report button copies to the clipboard statistics for several projects selected in the left pane.

You can then paste this to any editor you feel like (e.g., Excel).

Clicking the Settings button opens a form where you have to specify settings, like location of OmegaT projects, location of OmegaT executable file, etc.

In the left pain there is also a pop-up menu

it contains items like "create project", "delete project", "finish project", "unfinish project", "open in file manager", and "open in OmegaT"

"Finish project" means setting the status to "finished" and due date to now.

"Unfinish project" means setting the status to "Due" and the date to the date selected in a dialog.

"Open in OmegaT" simply runs OmegaT to open the project selected.

"Create project" opens a form with almost the same controls as in OmegaT when you create a project

The form also contains a due date which is by default set one day ahead of "today"

In the customer field which, is a combo box, the list of your customers is stored.

Using the buttons on the right (+ or -) you can add or delete customers from the list, the system checks the input so that the customer cannot be added twice.

When you click create button, a project folder is created in the location you specified in the settings, and within the project, another folder is created named, where OmegaT OutrighT stores the files it needs. do not accidentally or intentionally delete this folder.
