With this program you can read out data data from your electricity meter, and other IEC 62053-21 compliant metering devices.

You will need an optical probe like this: http://www.solarshare.net/HT/OC/oc.htm

It is only tested with my own meter, which is a Iskraemeco MT372, but the protocol is somewhat standardized.
