• Re-enable libsanitizer on supported targets.
• It was disabled since GCC 13 due to some compilation errors, which are now fixed.

• Enable plugin support.
• Add CentOS 7 (glibc 2.17) system roots (x86 and x86_64 only).

• Update Debian 11 (glibc 2.31) system roots.
