Nuclei 2.6 Release Notes:

    - Added parsing of XREF records in order to provide better level matching
    - Added parsing of decay intensity uncertainties
    - Fixed parsing of beta+ decay intensities (bug affected only very few cases)
    - Values with missing uncertainty values are now parsed as "approximate" instead of "undefined" values providing additional search results
    - Changed "anisotropy" to "angular correlation coefficient" in labels
    - Added units for parameter display
    - Fixed minor bugs
