Net Send Client: Build [0.8] BETA

System Requirements:
			Installation of Python 3.1
			Internet Connection
			Running Windows Vista/7/8
			Admin Rights

Program Operation:
			Net Send [0.8]
Net Send is based around a central server that supports client chat rooms with
a designed limit of two users, but it may support more than two. Multiple pairs
of users may connect to the server, but the performance impact is not tested.
It uses a customized encryption system to encrypt outgoing communications.
The encryption can be changed by the clients using the program, as long as
BOTH CLIENTS are using the same encryption dictionary.

Program Bugs & Limitations:

This program is still in it's BETA stages, so glitches, bugs, and crashes are
not uncommon in the least. Common exceptions resulting in errors can be pointed
			towards the following:

.Incorrect Operating System: Certain python modules used with windows have different
functions when used on other Operating Systems. The program does make calls to
the Windows OS, and is untested on other platforms.

.Insuffecient User permissions: This program does require administrative permissions.

.Network Interference on ports: This program is flexible on what ports are used for
communication, but every so often a port in use by another program might
accidently be called upon, resulting in a system error.

.Inadequate File Placement: If you move, modify, or rename a file used by this program
exceptions when running will most likely occur.

.Wrong Python Built: While modifed versions are in the works, running this with the
incorrect Python build will result in errors.
.Server Downtime/Attack: Nothing do be done client-side.

Terms of Use:
Unisung Softworks is not responsible for any harm or personal inconveniences that may
arise from the use of Net Send software. This program is designed to be an alternative
choice to other IRCs [Internet Relay Chat[s]] only. Communications are encrypted by
DEFAULT using a polyalphebetical substitution cipher as a means to disguise what is
exchanged by users. It is also modifiable to allow flexiblity and I recommend you change
it from default right away. While data exchanged through NET SEND servers does not undego
any modification or alteration, the cipher itself will never be very hard to crack as
a flaw in it's inert nature (Substitution Ciphers are not asymmetrical). Please be sure
to abide by all of your local computer use policies and laws when you use Net Send for
communication. I am not responsible for any undesired outcomes not directly related to
			the functionality of the software.

TL;DR: I am not responsible for your misuse of the software. Or for anything said over it.
My encryption system isn't foolproof. If not careful, it could be cracked easily.
