This is version 0.9.3 of NReflect. Since the library isn't used by many other projects this is declared as a beta release. That doesn't mean it isn't working properly.

If you want to use NReflect within your project you should download the binary distribution and add a reference to NReflect.dll to your project. The help file NReflect.chm contains the documentation of the library.

If you want to have a look behind the scenes, the source distribution is for you. All code is included there and you can just open the project with Visual Studio 2010.
