On translating the .po file to your language you must indicate the direction of reading in the lines:

#: nppforms.rsLTR
msgid "ltr"
msgstr "ltr"

If you language reading is from left to right (ltr) you don't musd do nothing, if your reading direction
is from right to left you must change the msgstr value to "rtl":

msgid "ltr"
msgstr "rtl"
