nodeterm is a free, open-source terminal manager designed for developers working with multiple shells and AI coding agents. It organizes terminals as draggable nodes on an infinite canvas rather than traditional tabs. Each terminal uses a persistent tmux session that can survive application restarts. Users can run Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, and other coding agents in parallel. Status indicators and notifications show when agents are working or require attention. Projects also provide Kanban boards for organizing live sessions and development tasks. Additional tools include code editors, Git controls, SSH connections, and local voice transcription. Available for macOS, Linux, and Windows beta, nodeterm also offers a self-hosted browser edition and an iOS companion.
