⛽ Fees ~10x cheaper (epoch 858)

• Transact with 0.01 AMA — each tx locks one 0.01 AMA budget (refunded minus what it uses), down from ~1.2 AMA
• Budget covers the history charge + a hard 0.002 AMA exec cap + storage with the rest
• attached_gas (optional, integer, on the call) adds budget on top for big writes / deploys
• A tx that can't fit its budget, or whose budget exceeds the balance, is never included
• History /6, state /3, DB ops + calls /10, WASM 1 unit per 10 ops, no per-tx minimum
• Transfer: ~0.00034 AMA (existing account), ~0.0014 AMA (new account)

🔁 Faster sync, no BFT wait

• New frontier + root loops: fetch every missing block up to the newest tip and missing consensus, without waiting for quorum
• Attestations only fetched at the live edge; duplicate attestations are dropped before aggregation
• Peer handshakes more reliable: ANR re-signed every 3 min, accepted up to 10 min old

📨 TX relay

• Stuck txs (6s unmined) are re-sent to the upcoming block producer — lowest pending nonce per address only

Fixes & hardening 🔧

• Pruner handles all legacy block/tx formats, no longer contends with block apply, reclaims space
• TX pool: 2 GiB cap, per-signer balance reservations, signature check last
• Consensus: mask padding validation, per-validator cap on consensus variants, root_validator checked at apply time
• Replicas: re-check before signing, serialized slash-entry lock
• Bootstrap: bundle import only into an empty datadir; MMR rebuild fails hard; version check compares numerically
• Testnet: separate tx signing domain — testnet SDKs/wallets must update
• Debug: optional live console (SSH_CONSOLE_PORT, localhost only)
