node is the node software for the AMA Protocol, an experimental privacy-focused Layer 1 network designed for agentic applications. The protocol uses MatMul-based Useful Proof of Work and targets a 500-millisecond block time. Nodes expose RPC services, participate in the network, and can be configured for computor or validator operation. The repository includes tooling for running a local testnet, transferring AMA, and deploying WebAssembly smart contracts. Contract examples and SDK resources cover both AssemblyScript and Rust development. The node can be built with Docker or Podman and configured as an auto-updating systemd service on Linux.

Features

  • MatMul-based Useful Proof of Work
  • 500-millisecond target block time
