🔁 Validator replicas

Run one key pack on several physical nodes — exactly one produces at a time.

• REPLICAS=1@ip:port,... + REPLICA_ID + REPLICA_PSK
• Encrypted heartbeats + majority-ack leader election — two replicas can never lead at once
• Double-sign fencing via a cluster-wide signed-height high-water mark, fsync'd to disk
• Failover in ~2-3s; a sub-quorum group halts instead of forking

🔏 Signed auto-updates

Updates are fail-closed: no valid signature, no install.

• Releases ship amadeusd.sig — version + sha256, signed with Ed25519
• Verified against a pubkey compiled into the binary
• Anti-rollback floor — an older signed release can never be replayed
• TLS verify_peer, crash-proof at boot

⛏️ Epoch 767 — cheaper sols

• COST_PER_SOL removed — sols pay only real gas
• Difficulty target 380k → 180k

🚲 Epoch 771 — genesis validators retire
