N-JARC is a specialty calculator designed for long-distance runners who employ a run-walk-run type strategy in their races. This is very common among non-elites athletes over longer distances like the full marathon (26.2 miles!).

The program accepts race distance, running and walking paces (metric or imperial) and a ratio (in whole minutes) of running to walking periods. A finishing time gives those values is produced.
