The packages here are the same ones as in the "../InstallablePackages"
folder, which have been cleared by Microsoft Defender, and thus
are preferred. Because the packages here are in a different folder
Microsoft Defender will likely dissuade you from installing them
(apparently because of location sensitivity, though you can maneuver
around Defender's roadblocks (... keep ... show more ... Keep anyway
... Open file)). Thus the "../InstallablePackages" folder is preferred
for now (but will eventually be removed).
