nicFDCS-DPU

This is an implement of a communication protocol between RTDB and DPU.

Here RTDB is Real Time Database and DPU is Distributed Processing Unit. RTDB uses the component to get values from DPU and set values to DPU. It supports getting or setting AI/DI/AO/DO/VPT values now. Here AI/DI/AO/DO is I/O card plugged in the board. And VPT is virtual I/O card which stores the intermediate points during computing or controling.

Now the component is the original one. And it only implements the basic functions. Most of other function in communication protocol document are not programmed. I will do it later.
