A tool for conversion between next generation sequencing data formats.
NGS-FC supports a lot of NGS data formats and it is easily to be extended in the next version. It allows users to run their own scripts for data format conversion.
NGS-FC can convert file formats from one to another and retrieve NGS data from related databases. NGS-FC can load other programs to perform analysis on data with different file formats without writing any scripts. It was developed with platform-independent Java programming and was made freely available to the research community.
