## NerdTools ## NerdTools are a selection of tools that are being written for Windows Operating Systems to allow for faster and more complete repair options. My origional goal for the project was to create a set of tools that anyone could use to aid in the removal and repair of infected systems. ## License ## This tool is distributed under the GPL 3 or at your option any higher version of the license. ## Language ## All programs included in this collection are written in AutoIT and require AutoIT3 to be installed for running or compileing source. A precomiled version is included for each tool to allow immidate access to the utlily. The source is included for each tool in the SOURCE directory of each programs directory. ### Tools ### DefaultAssociations - An easy to use GUI to reset commonly damaged Associations for file extentions (exe, com, bat, reg, lnk, vbs) that automaticly selects and installs the correct version of the registry file for the operating system. CDFIX - A utility I created durring the period where Norton 360 would sometimes cause CD/DVD drive issues durring install or uninstall due to bad GearsAPI filters. I have made a few alterations here or there but the program still does the same thing it always did, remove the offending filters.
