NebiOS is an Ubuntu LTS-based Linux distribution with a custom desktop environment (NebiDE), built by one person. It combines a unique visual identity (Flat-Skeuomorphism), a widget-first desktop, and its own app format (.napp) into a cohesive platform — not just another reskin.

Probably, this is maybe the best Linux distro I ever tried. Runs GTA 5 at 100~120 FPS, runs Need for Speed Head at 70~110 FPS and runs Cyberpunk 2077 with 1080p Ultra RTX setting at 35~45 - very near to Windows' FPS. Also runs MS Office without PlayOnLinux (only with wine) so I can do school homework easily. I didn't see any problem about this distro. Score: 9/10
