Features

  • Size distribution of diffusing nanoparticles using particle tracking
  • Several methods for estimation the diffusion coefficient
  • Device independent
  • NanoTrackJ exploits color information (like surface plasmon resonance) for further analysis of particle size distributions.

User Reviews

  • I have used NanoTrackJ to analyse a lot of video footage obtained from laser scattering experiments. NanoTrackJ has allowed me to perform nanoparticle tracking analysis using video recorded using several levels of magnification (x10-100) to provide me with results in excellent agreement with other commercially available software. The software itself is very easy to use with a nice GUI. Any problems that I have encountered along the way have been answered and dealt with very quickly.
