mytv-android is a free Android IPTV player designed for watching live television on phones, tablets, Android TV devices, and TV boxes. It uses a native Android interface with Material 3 Expressive styling for television-oriented navigation. The application integrates Media3, IJKplayer, and VLC playback engines to accommodate different streaming formats. Users can navigate channels with remote controls or touch gestures mapped to television commands. A browser-accessible configuration interface allows settings to be managed from another device on the network. The project supports external television subscription sources and related channel guide resources. Its ecosystem includes companion projects for channel logos, program schedules, and streaming source management. Compatible with Android 6.0 and newer, it provides a customizable environment for IPTV viewing.
