It is a web based accounting application that is capable of working of working in english and one other language supported by UTF-8 especially "Right to Left Languages" such as Urdu, Arabic, Persian etc.

This simply means that a transaction once posted in a language is automatically displayable in the other language i.e. you post invoices in English but print them in your local language
