Welcome to MultiGlycan
MultiGlycan helps user to gather glycan profile information from LC-MS Spectra. It also reports quantity of specific glycan composition. We've developed two different versions of MultiGlycan: one for MALDI, and the other one for ESI. The MALDI version deconvolutes regular and overlapping glycans using simple model matching; The ESI version extracts glycans using adduct information.

Currently, it can be executed on Windows XP, Vista, 7 with .net framework 2.0 installed.
