Extends jQuery UI's datepicker (calendar) allowing multiple dates and range selection and avoidance.

Features

auto-select range of dates
set not allowed dates
set maximum number of dates to pick
set a range of selectable days with an initial "delay" (or "gap")
...and still use the jQuery UI's datepicker methods!
