MTLFixer let you remove non standard OBJ/MTL attributes from a MTL material file, also fix the non relative paths and show you incorrect texture names or spaces in the MTL file.

  • Ignore non standard MTL attributes
  • Fix texture names with spaces (You must rename later the texture file)
  • Fix static paths (Example: c://myproject/mytexture.jpg for: mytexture.jpg)
  • You can save the fixed MTL file with a new name.
  • The "ignored" tags are not saved. (Are Just used for visual diff)
  • Originally designed to fix Maya OBJ Export to JMonkeyEngine, to fix the black material problem.
