v6.1.5  - Bug fixed fit image when action dockbar is active on Linux and macOS.
	  Windows was fine.
	- Added 2.00 Univisium aspect ratio.
	- Fixed Undo and Redo buttons activation in the action dockbar.
	- Draw cursor now disappears when not in the view window.
	- Fixed a minor bug with buttons turning off when spacebar was pressed.
	- Made Hotkey window be more readable.
	- Made action tools remain inactive is no movie or image is loaded.
	- Improved the text tool.  When selected, the usual font and font size
	  is presented.  After that is chosen, clicking anywhere in the image
	  will open a balloon box where the text can be typed in (or pasted).
	  Clicking or dragging anywhere outside the balloon box will move the
	  text there.
	  Then, clicking on the green X or changing the action tool will
	  paste and stop editing the text.
	  If no text is typed in when clicking the (red) X, the text input is
	  canceled.
