v6.1.2  - Fixed sessions saving and loading.
	- Made closing of the Preferences window with the window close button
	  revert the preferences to their last saved state.
	- Exiting and restarting the application with a new language on Windows
	  would not work previously.  It would not get saved in the
	  preferences.  This has now been fixed, albeit exiting and restarting
	  mrViewer is slower.
	- Russian, Chinese, Japanese and Korean languages would not work
	  properly and displayed an English translation.  This has been fixed.
	- Russian, Chinese, Japanese and Korean languages would display
	  garbled characters.  This has also been fixed.
