Motion Time Lapser is a software that will allow you to add motion to your static time lapses.
You have several options to change the cropping that will be apply to your pictures. This cropping rectangle can change dynamically adding the motion sensation.
You can also change the rotation of the pictures, select constant speed, acceleration or deceleration and resize the final pictures.
Taking every X pictures of the folder will increase the speed of the final time lapse.
This software doesn't edit or show images. It doesn't create the final video time lapse.

Nice, but only in website: actually it doesn't work at all! Does it needs some libraries? Does it requires some software? I don't know, but in windows xp it doesn't work. Sorry.
