The Image folder contains the ubuntu image files, there are three images you can chose from, Core, Ubuntu-XFCE, Ubuntu-KDE and Ubuntu-MATE.
The Core image is about 316.8 MB to download and 1.3 GB once extracted, it only includes a basic ubuntu install with no GUI.
The Ubuntu-XFCE image is about 604.1 MB to download and 3.9 GB once extracted, this included the XFCE GUI and basic programs.
The Ubuntu-KDE image is about 2.1 GB to download and 10.5GB once extracted, this includes the KDE GUI and a wide range of programs including open office and full KDE Applications. Make sure you have enough amount of space.
The Ubuntu-MATE image is about 1.4 GB to download and 3.9 GB once extracted, this included the MATE GUI and basic programs.
