Release incorporating the excellent contributions of Kurt Revis, fixing bugs in SysEx and memory allocation. Version numbering of the binary has also been corrected. This release has been tested on MacOS v11.6.2 and seems to function correctly. However it has not yet been tested on MacOS v12.1 (Monterey), and may well exhibit the same problems reported for v1.2.0. The binary release is a fat binary with both Intel and ARM architectures.
