Features:
* It is now possible for notes to fade-out when they are close to the edge of the screen. The strength of the fade-out can be adjusted in the interface, and in the configuration file and command-line using the fadeout-notes parameter.
Improvements: * The blur applied to particles and notes has been improved. Rectangular artifacts that could appear at some resolutions won't be visible anymore. * Exporting to PNG with a transparent background can be improved by using the "Fix premultiply" option when exporting, colors should be more accurate in some software.
Fixes: * Set colors were not applied correctly when playing live MIDI (#108). A huge thank to @todd-herbert for submitting this fix! * When exporting PNG without a transparent background, an improper alpha channel was still exported and visible in some software.
