1.0 Fresh start on a new version
1.01 Divde the main script into two models:fab and mga
1.1 Add a new module, build, into metaSort
Accept assemblies from other metagenomic assemblers, such as metaSPAdes,IDBA-UD
Integrate the metaBAT software into the build module.
