Maybe the last release of MCinaBox. I don't know what issues that the version has fixed because I am not the developer. This release contains new runtime.
note: if you want to launch forge with minecraft 1.13+, you need to add a param like this -Dfml.earlyprogresswindow=false to Java Virtual Machine parameters
