MAngband - BBS Door v 1.6.1 - 20210207

A multiplayer/inter-BBS version of the roguelike game Angband.

Installation Steps

  1. Extract files from .zip (You already did this, right?)
  2. Make sure the directory "/sbbs/doors" exists.
  3. mv mangband /sbbs/doors

Run scfg and add a new door with these settings:

Mangband Config

  1. startup directory: /sbbs/doors/mangband (or wherever you moved the mangband directory)
  2. command line: bin /mangclient --host amigacity.xyz --port 18346 --nick %a
  3. multiple concurrent users: yes
  4. intercept i/o: Standard, no echo
  5. native executable: yes
  6. use shell to execute: yes
  7. everything else defaults...
  8. apt install libsdl2-ttf-dev
  9. apt install libSDL2-2.0.0

-- Thats it!

BTW: To exit the game saving your character use CTRL-X....
