This is project Malaria SAIYOK. Development for collect data malaria disease. In case positive can input to EP3 the Malaria SAIYOK. The system can generate report by infected case.

Enter positive case data into Malaria SAIYOK online.
Synchronize F/U data between Mobile with Malaria module.
Generate Follow-up schedule for investigation patients with Mobile technology.
Follow up patient on site (clinic or home visit and update F/U data into module with Mobile D7,D14, D28, D60 and D90)
SMS daily & weekly summary reports of positive cases to VBDU staff.
Summary Graph reports on Mobile to another person role.
