User loads the image where an object will be identified in a few cross-sections. User users one of a few tools (including LiveWire) to identify object. 3D Object output as an Image Stack. Can be converted into a tesselated 3D object using Airway Morph at (https://sourceforge.net/projects/airwaymorpholog/)

Uses ImageJ
download .jar file, place into plugins folder, restart ImageJ
