Maimunica Converter

Searches the current directory for files with file names
containing characters with Unicode codes between 0xC0 and 0xFF and renames those to names with Unicode chars with codes between 0x410 and 0x44F which correspond to Cyrillic characters in CP-1252 Windows encoding. Only the file names are converted, the contents of the files are untouched. The program asks for confirmation before renaming any file.
Tested with Cyrillic chars in Bulgarian.
