Source code for MA detection on different type of retroviruses are included (*.m files). Training data and models are also included. The matlab code could work on matlab enviroments with LibSVM (available at http://www.csie.ntu.edu.tw/~cjlin/libsvm/)and RF (available at https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/randomForest/.) The prediction results would be stored in variables with name of "bestMAIputative" and "bestMATputative" after running the programs.
