Example Usage
------------

There is a command line version and a graphic user interface version of LymAnalyzer, respectively namely:

LymAnalyzer_cmd_1.0.jar

LymAnalyzer_gui_1.0.jar

1. Download LymAnalyzer_cmd_1.0.jar or LymAnalyzer_gui_1.0.jar.

2. Download the test data in Testifies folder.

3. —- For LymAnalyzer_gui_1.0.jar:

      simply click it or run with command “java -jar LymAnalyzer_gui_1.0.jar”. A window will pop out, fill in the information you need and click “Run”.

   —- For LymAnalyzer_cmd_1.0:

      use the command “java -jar -Xmx4g LymAnalyzer_cmd_1.0.jar /InputFilePath /OutPutFolder TCRB hs Name Yes No”.
