This project enables simplified least-squares filtering and differentiation of a three-dimensional data set, using a pre-calculated convolution coefficient matrices obtained from a database available at http://dx.doi.org/10.7910/DVN/URJRVY. The source code can be edited easily, it order to make it suitable for the data set of your choice. For details, read the "README" file and my paper "Convolution Coefficients for Multidimensional Least-Squares Filters and Differentiators", which is under review currently.
